Finally kicked some old habits. Studying grappling with a few BJJ trained friends.

Work-wise:
Continuing long-term campaigns for monitoring online reputations of a major airline and one of the world’s largest malls.

Internet Marketing and SEO for pharma companies.

Community management and maintaining back-end database structure of Philippine’s oldest broadsheet manilatimes.net and a fast growing logistics company fastrack.ph.

Maintaining other websites and social media accounts but need more contractual web designers and programmers, as well as social media managers and Internet marketers. Contact me if you or anyone you know would be interested.

Other stuff:
Re-studying email listbuilding and creating information products and courses

Daily including weekends HIIT workouts, alternating swimming and weight lifting.

Daily breathing meditation after completing free courses from Calm and Headspace.

What I typically use for installing new daily habits. The main slash is for work outs, the lower slash is for meditation and upper slash which I am having trouble with is for implementing time blocks: long focused deep work.
